located next to the river stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of sandwich, kent, the bell hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since tudor times. having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st-century comforts. sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with royal st george’s and prince’s golf clubs on its doorstep.

we know that an excellent sous chef is one of the key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you supporting your head chef, deputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high quality food service to our customers.
