we are looking for a qualified sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our services, products, orders and deliveries and provide support for field sales executive(s) and commercial contracts manager.

our ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. if you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

duties and responsibilities:

process quotes/orders via email or phonecheck data accuracy in orders and invoicescontact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesliaise with other departments i.e. operational & financial etc. to ensure service deliveriesassist with tendering process via public contracts scotland and other commercial tendersmaintain and update sales and customer records via company systemsassist in the development/production of monthly/quarterly data reportscommunicate important feedback from customers internallygenerating quotations using levenseat's pricing structure through isys & excelwe welcome applications from candidates from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: sales, administrator, admin, administration, crm software, customer service, data entry, isys, excel, it literate, ms office, reporting, communication, quotations, order processing, invoicing, email, telephony, sales support, marketing assistant.

essential skills

proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agenthands on experience with crm software and ms office (ms excel in particular)excellent organisational and multitasking skillsa team player with high level of dedicationability to work under strict deadlinesdesirable skills
