coopers of surrey ltd are looking to expand our team. we are a highly reputable company with excellent standards. at this time, we are looking for a site manager to join our team. we are looking for someone who is fast paced and organized.

as our site manager you will be expected to undertake the following to a high standard.

plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales and to oversee building work.

· liaise with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors) and the public

· supervise contracted staff

· meet with subcontractors on site

· make safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

· check and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

· maintain quality control procedures

· motivate the workforce and keep up a positive site moral

· problem-solve

own tools
punctual
reliable
client friendly
can work alone or in a team
experience of 10 years +
