adecco creative & marketing is recruiting an instructional designer for a fully remote temporary opportunity with a multi-billion dollar financial and real estate services company that values and believes in its employees with a commitment to always put them first.
we are looking for a skilled designer, with experience in instructional design.
• build commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes (addie, arcs, bloom's etc.)
• ability to create original graphics/artwork using adobe creative suite
• determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods for audience
• work subject matter experts, stakeholder, business sponsors and students to ensure learning objectives are met
• present complex information using instructionally effective methods
• ability to assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments
• develop commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes
• prescribe recommended learning solutions
• determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods for the audience
• recommend training methods
• ability to work in fast-paced environment
• work with subject matter experts, stakeholder, to ensure learning objectives are met
• present complex information using instructionally effective methods
• analyze/assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments
• ability to create simulation training using captivate or other adobe tool(s)
