adecco is hiring immediately for a corporate recruiter job in dayton, oh. as a corporate recruiter, you will be an integral part of the business' continuous growth by helping to fill vacancies with the best possible candidates! you will be expected to optimize talent acquisition strategies, manage the full life cycle recruiting process, attend (and coordinate) career fairs, and post advertisements on job boards. these responsibilities will enable you to build your networks with job seekers, hiring managers, and other hr team members. pay rates starting at $28/hour!
requirements:
minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruiting / talent acquisition is required (preferably with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm).
experience with working for and/or supporting a technical business, especially with full life-cycle recruitment of information technology professionals, is strongly preferred.
experience with using cold and warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants is desired.
direct experience with saas-based applicant tracking systems and social media applications is required; experience working with paycom ats and/or linkedin recruiter is a plus.
excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
