Treatment coordinator - united kingdom, braintree, essex

are you looking to develop your skill-set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the uk? we are recruiting for a dental receptionist / treatment coordinator to join our established practice in braintree. this will be a full time, monday to friday position and would really suit someone with recent experience and knowledge of the dental profession.

the day to day duties of treatment coordinator include:

outlining dental options for clients

assisting clients with queries

interacting regularly with the dentist

issuing payment plans for clients

covering reception as and when required

answering phone calls and emails

taking patient bookings and payments

this role is an excellent opportunity for someone to have an influential role in developing the patient journey as well as working within our reception team. overall, we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who has experience in:

delivering outstanding customer service skills, both over the phone and face to face

knowledge of the dental industry and confidence in preparing, explaining and following up treatment plans

updating and operating an online system

liaising with external parties for any additional services such as finance facilities
