applicants need to be female. aged over 21, driver, no smoker, with no pet allergies. i am a disabled female ( i need assistance with mobility, wheelchair user, also have a visual impairment as i am photo phobic ) i am 47. i live in my own bungalow (which i like to run) in a village with some pets (including a cat,). i am a vegetarian. i have a number of leisure interests including short mat bowls, new age kurling, computer and a number of crafts including knitting and painting. i have a good sense of humour and get on with people. i also do some voluntary work mainly from home for several local disabled access and equality group. i don’t like early mornings preferring a lay in, but go to bed late.flexibility is essential, as my needs will vary depending on my activities each day.live in shifts run from 3pm on a wednesday to 3pm wednesday (weekly/fortnightly rolling rota). with 2 or 3 hour daily breaks.pay will be made four weekly in arrears by cheque. £160.00 a working day. with paid holidays.carers must be flexible and adaptable as my needs vary from hour to hour and therefore the tasks required will vary accordingly. personal assistants will be required to:assist with dressing assist with mobility so i can get to and from the toilet/shower assist with shopping and other associated tasks assist me to get to meetings, social events, etc and providing assistance while there. assist with getting in and out of my vehicle driving my manual wheelchair accessible vehicle. assist preparing pescatarian (mainly vegetarian but some fish) meals. assist with cooking assist with correspondence, reading and writing. making drinks. general housework, including cleaning and dusting. general laundry tasks, including washing and ironing. assist with general pet care.confidentiality is essential that you respect my privacy. phone or email for application form, phone between 3pm - 8pm 07584744261 snowdropallium@aol.com
