creeky's cafe is a newly fitted cafe located at dauntless boatyard, canvey island, near benfleet station. we would love a cook to be part of our new journey. the cafe will be open 7 days a week so ideally we are looking for 3 cooks to cover the week alongside a waitress. 1 cook friday and saturday 8.30 - 3.30, one cook sunday and monday 8.30am - 3.30pm, one cook tuesday to thursday 8.30am - 3.30pm. all days the cafe will be open to customers at 9am and the last cook will be 2.45pm. duties will include, cooking food to a safe a good standard. keeping the kitchen clean as you are going using the correct methods. stock taking at the end of the day. checking food temperatures. checking fridge temperature. cleaning kitchen at the end of the day and signing cleaning rota. other duties may include, taking orders, handing out food, cleaning the sitting area. must have a level 2 and previous experience and be presentable. long hair will need to be tied back or a hairnet can be supplied. uniform shirts will be supplied.
