Intake management analyst - united states, raleigh

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an intake management analyst position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location: 9144 arrowpoint blvd., floor 4, charlotte, nc 28273. this role is primarily remote

pay: $18.00/hr

length: one (1) year

shift: 8am - 5pm est monday-friday

 

responsibilities for job include intake management analyst but are not limited to:

placing outbound calls to lienholders requesting documentation

receiving inbound calls from lienholders following up on the status of a case

creating and managing documentation and/or reporting for the use of the team and management

ensuring the protection of sensitive information

participating in meetings and being a dependable resource on assigned projects

 

qualifications for this intake management analyst job:

college degree from an accredited university

excellent oral and written communication skills

strong attention to detail

ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
