job summary

load, operate and unload molding presses to create billets for the cncs to machine into seals.

set up molding presses following standard work instructions.

load oven racks and take billets to ovens for centering.

prep work for machining including cutting stock, turning billets to fit work holding fixtures and sizing/rounding sleeves to work order specifications.

assembly cell operations: part cutting, knotting, and threading.

hand makes secondary components and insert them into the seals.
