due to ongoing success and growth in the company, they are currently seeking a talent acquisition specialist to support the delivery of their pipeline solutions across permanent, contract and ftc roles. in this role you will:

- proactively resource to deliver qualified candidates

- assess candidates effectively through competency style interviewing

- manage candidates through the pipeline, ensuring full feedback is provided at all stages and that candidates are fully briefed and 'ready' for client interviews.

roles with this company are on a delivery basis only, there is no requirement for business development or sales activity.

required experience:

- 3 years+ experience in a similar role, either agency or in-house, ideally recruiting internationally

- highly competent in assessing and conducting candidate interviews

- ability to prioritise and manage a high workload and deliver under pressure

- previous experience of using applicant tracking systems

- experience in utilising a variety of methods to source candidates including social media.

location: this role will offer flexible and remote working, ideally working in a hybrid pattern with 2-3 days per week in offices in wantage or near reading. full time or part time hours will be considered.

remuneration: this role can be permanent or contract, full-time or part-time. remuneration from a contract perspective is £200-275 per day. remuneration from a permanent perspective is £30,000 to £40,000, with company benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a salary sacrifice scheme and pension. they are currently reviewing and enhancing their company benefits package.
