we’re looking for a software business analyst, to join our growing software team. you will be reporting directly to the product director and will be involved in helping to develop the roadmap for our two core software products. the ba has a critical role within our company, connecting the dots between the client teams and our development teams and ensuring that work is well specified and planned. you will also liaise with our user community and our clients to help define their feature requirements.

supporting product director when requiredassisting in running internal product meetingsrunning workshops with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support new features and epicswriting specification documents and providing clients with quotations for paid workliaising with development team leads on new ideas and product updatesworking with development teams to break down specifications into smaller deliverableswriting clear and concise acceptance criteria ready for backlog grooming meetingsworking with design team to create mocks and wireframesattending sprint planning meetings and answering any business questionsmanaging the customer engagement platform (uservoice) and translating client requirements into featuresproduce release notes and communicating releases to the wider business
