grounds person duties/skills: - lawn mowing, hedge trimming and general exterior maintenance; swimming pool complex - maintenance and servicing management. general maintenance, decorating
chauffeur / private car collection: - maintain employer’s vehicles, booking services and repairs, mots, valeting and occasional driving duties
household duties/skills: - cleaning, polishing, laundry, ironing. assist in the management and smooth running of the property (dealing with trades etc…)
pet care for employer's dogs and cats. home security when lady of the house is absent.
other staff employed (including gardener) to assist when necessary.
3 bed cottage + garden provided as staff accommodation (costs covered). pets and dependents considered.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
hours, monday - friday 8.30-4.30 (grounds person), 9-1 (housekeeper)
salary negotiable according to experience offered around £40k gross pa
