we are currently seeking a rn supervisor for day shift 7a-7p (saturday, sundays and 1 day during the week) at our busy psych facility in fort lauderdale, fl. please apply below if interested
education/training
current license to practice in florida
graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
able to communicate effectively in english through written and verbal means.
ability to effectively supervise and/or direct the implementation of individualized nursing care.
ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluation of situations and/or making nursing decisions.
experience:
a minimum of one (1) year in a psychiatric behavioral health center environment or health-care facility treating, mentally ill, or chemically dependent patients, with understanding of co-occurring disorders, and cultural linguistic diversity amongst patients.
must have supervisory experience
