van leeuwen requires an experienced administrator to carry out a variety of duties withing their logistics department and ensure good working practices are always maintained.

37.5 hours per week

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum

van leeuwen is a globally operating trading company and specialist in steel pipes and pipe and tube applications.

we are currently looking for a logistics administrator to join the team at our middlesbrough warehouse.

as logistics administrator, you will:

liaise with internal teams and transport companies in relation to transport requirements.
complete paperwork to support the process including invoices, delivery manifests and export documentation.
work as part of a team to support the business and cover other roles when required.

qualifications and experience

previous administrative experience is essential and ideally you will have worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment previously
experience in microsoft packages is desirable
good secondary education
good numeric aptitude
attention to detail
ability to work well with other team members
ability to work well under pressure
