Production supervisor - united states, trenton

adecco has partnered with a growing manufacturer to hire a production supervisor for their facility in the trenton, ga area.

responsibilities include but not limited to:

work in tandem with the production manager to ensure production goals are met with high efficiency and minimal downtime.

provide leadership and support for a team of 45 employees, delegate work and provide labor/payroll management.

ensure employees are properly trained on, and adhering to, safe work practices, and meeting labor/safety goals.  

enforce all company policies and plant rules.

recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of finished product

effectively communicate with all employees and departments.

oversee quality and ensure the production of products meet the highest quality standards.

requirements:

high school degree required. bachelor’s degree preferred.

at least 3 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

excellent verbal and written communication skills
