Financial analysts -remote/hybrid - united states, woodbridge

are you an experienced commercial real estate financial analyst with argus enterprise experience?  our renown commercial real estate client, colliers international, is hiring immediately for two permanent positions- a senior financial analyst and directing financial analyst!

candidates must be willing to work remotely but commute to woodbridge nj office occaisionally (approx. every 2 weeks).

requirements:

the successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies:

a minimum of 1 year (senior) experience or 3 years (directing) of progessive argus enterprise experience in the commercial real estate industry required with concentration in financial analysis/underwriting, transaction management, client service with support for business development.

extensive experience with developing financial models, cash flows, irr, dcf, cash on cash analysis, etc. for investment sale properties with an intuitive understanding of investor acquisition return criteria and expectations.

1 year of experience with argus enterprise, microsoft excel and powerpoint. experience in salesforce is helpful. ability to learn new skills and programs.

strong oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills.

bachelor’s degree or mba in financing/accounting or business/real estate degree.

proof of covid vaccination or weekly testing required.
