the role
working as part of estate care team, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including weeding, dead heading, hoeing, planting, cutting and watering communal beds therefor keeping our customers safe and happy! this’ll involve general gardening maintenance, small scale landscaping operations to enhance the appearance of our communal grounds.
this is a full-time, permanent role working 35 per hours per week, monday to friday (typically 8am-4pm).
*official title ‘estate care gardener’.
the location
this role is mobile, so you’ll be travelling throughout the area in a company van - please only apply only if you have a full, manual, current (and preferably clean) driving licence! you will be based in a patch covering the surrey area.
what we need from you
it’d be great if you had experience in a similar role, though training will be provided if you don’t!
able to work independently
knowledge of manual handling is preferred
positive, friendly attitude
a clean, full driving licence
flexibility to work across a number of locations
please note - we wouldn’t normally appoint our residents to roles which cover the estate or properties which they live in. we want to ensure our colleagues have a good work/life balance. please note that additional residential checks will be completed before an offer is made.
