  • attend weekly meetings regarding hr
  • manage covid-19 isolation/quarantine procedure
  • run weekly missing punch reports
  • process payroll in kronos
  • update co-worker schedules in kronos,
  • run payroll reports in kronos,
  • keep detailed records,
  • process manual payroll and pto payment requests
  • investigate payroll discrepancies
  • monitor invoices and forward to correct parties
  • facilitate building working with temps
  • assist in onboarding
  • run weekly learning reports
  • facilitate co-worker recognition programs
  • other duties as assigned
