in this role the or - nurse will provides quality patient care in accordance with nursing philosophy, approved standards, and applicable regulatory laws. functions as a scrub or circulating nurse in all areas of surgical specialties.

basic qualifications:

experience

two (2) years of current operating room experience required.

experience in scrub and circulating roles in major surgical specialties required.

education

high school diploma or ged requried 

rn-degree preferred 

license, certification, registration

this job requires credentials from multiple states. credentials from the primary work state are required before hire. additional credentials from the secondary work state(s) are required post hire.

registered nurse license (california) within 6 months of hire and registered nurse license (california) within 6 months of hire

or

compact license: registered nurse within 6 months of hire

registered nurse license (ca) within 6 months of hire

basic life support

preferred qualifications:

recent ambulatory surgery experience preferred.

certification in iv insertion and therapy preferred.
