lws services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner for an award winning nationwide recycling plant hire company, due to expansion they're now looking for 2 additional skilled plant mechanics to join their rapidly expanding engineering team in knutsford.

the role:

the main purpose of this new role is to diagnose problems, maintain, repair and refurbish the growing fleet of recycling plant (shredders and screeners)

requirements:

* relevant qualifications and background in mechanical engineering.

* knowledge of heavy plant will be essential, and previous experience with shredders and screeners would be a major advantage,

* knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is essential.

* welding/fabrication skills would also be a distinct advantage.

* physically fit, together with a can-do attitude, a willingness to work flexible hours and possess great team working skills.

* must live within a 40-minute drive from knutsford, cheshire.

* full driving licence.

* hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm (with approx. 1 in 4 saturdays)
