the crafty egg in fishponds has successfully opened as a cafe by day and now a pub by night.
we are now urgently looking for a strong pizza chef and team to join us and serve up top level pizza to accompany our night time offering of bristol beers, wines and spirits.
we have a brand new, modern kitchen ready for the right applicant to come and make it their own.
you will run the whole evening offering, providing pizza to the venue and east bristol. you will be responsible for recruitment, menu development, training, hygiene, costing etc etc. you will have the support of a strong bristol brand and amazing new venue to bring something special to the area.
