the food is predominantly british & european regional with a tapas kitchen in the bar. classical but contemporary focusing on the best local, free range, & organic produce. the menu is constantly changing and is driven by market and season. everything is prepared in house and we care about what we do.
our wine list is our pride and is considered. we are constantly tasting, debating, discussing and passing this interest onto our client base. it is old world and has both classics and eccentricities, but all good and interesting in their own right. wine knowledge and interest is essential. we shall provide the training.
regarding service, we are an establishment that cares about the experience. it is all about the customer here. we need people that are service driven, that aim to work for the customer. to provide for them an environment that is comfortable, familiar, relaxing and enjoyable. providing the best food & wine and displaying a sincerity in service that places them as the focal point. this is paramount. it does not happen by itself - we are the drivers !
