rhubarb hospitality recruitment is looking for a head chef for a modern, design-led specialist czech beer bar in old street, central london.
we are seeking an ambitious head chef who would like to shape a brand-new menu marrying traditional czech/central european food with modern british & international cuisine. the person that we are seeking will be creative, focused, have excellent kitchen management skills and will have a good understanding of health and safety responsibilities. ideally, you will have experience working with czech and or other eastern european cuisines.
as head chef you will be overseeing all aspects of managing a professional kitchen, from stock management, ordering, health and safety, menu design, training, and management of the kitchen team.
salary from £31,000 to £36,000 depending on experience.
