oswald house is looking for a commis chef to join our amazing kitchen team. no experience required and offering part-time or full time to suit family or college commitments. responsibilities will include food prep, cleaning and plating, amongst other tasks. we cater for a number of functions and weddings as well as the day to day running of the hotel so there is a great deal of scope to learn new skills in a fast paced environment.
