Production manager, weekends - united states, port washington

we are looking for a candidate that leads by example and is consistent in all that they do.

strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results.

this candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety.

experience with temp labor is critical to success, as is training and exposure to lean manufacturing principles.

strong skills in coaching and development are a must.

will work closely with the weekday production manager and plant manager. 

ideal weekend schedule would be a split shift between the day and night shifts. 

actual work hours can be flexible.
