adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a lien resolution analyst position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location: remote

pay: $21.00/hr

length: two (2) years

shift: 8am - 5pm est monday-friday

 

summary

the client analyst is responsible for the intake of data from clients and the subsequent submission of the clients data to the bcrc, including the identification and resolution of exceptions and errors

 

responsibilities for job include lien resolution analyst but are not limited to:

this position acts as the main point of contact for new and existing clients

consistently follow up with internal and external stakeholders when expected data and/or documentation is outstanding

address and ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing data

provide subject matter expertise, education, and demonstrations both internally and externally

interface with finance to address billing, invoicing and other accounting needs

successfully follow, document, implement, and update standard operating procedures

ensure compliance with current regulatory and hipaa guidelines

 

qualifications for this lien resolution analyst job:

experience in analyzing large quantities of data using proprietary software; and customer service experience

exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem solving and analytical ability

ability to complete legal research and writing

positive and collaborative attitude, with ability to work independently

ability to review large volumes of data, reports, and records while meeting critical deadlines

must have proven intermediate microsoft office applications, especially ms excel skills
