archie’s is a relaxed, informal neighbourhood cafe, bar and bistro and is looking for a kitchen assistant to work 2-3 days to assist the kitchen with food production and cleaning.
main duties required:
- washing / drying plates and equipment
- helping with food prep
- maintaining the kitchen's organisation, cleanliness and hygiene

we are looking for a kitchen assistant with a positive attitude who want to learn. you will need to have:
- experience as a kitchen porter or junior chef in a commercial environment
- be reliable, honest, upbeat and up for a challenge
- be interested in food - this is a bonus
- fluent english
- ability to stay positive under pressure
- be available every weekend.
we need someone with at least 1 year's kitchen / commercial cooking experience who is passionate about food and who wants to improve.
