Live in carer with challenging behaviour experience - united kingdom, sudbury, suffolk
we are recruiting for female carers that would be suitable for a client we care for in suffolk. she is an elderly lady with advanced alzheimer's dementia. she is mobile and uses a frame when moving around her home. she requires help with all aspects of daily living and can present with challenging behaviour, which can be both verbal and physical- it is vital carers are experienced in this area.
we need the following from a successful candidate:
clean dbs on the update service
previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
previous experience in dementia care
right to work in the uk
fluent written and spoken english
as a company, we will provide:
full training
yearly refresher training
full support from our accounts and clinical team with day to day runnings, care plans, risk assessments and general support
more information will be provided after successful interview. rotational and longer term roles will be considered for the right candidate(s)
