Senior architect - united kingdom, gloucester, gloucestershire
this architectural practice is looking for a senior architect in their gloucester office to assist with a wide range of successful projects throughout the uk, in both the public and commercial sector.
as a project runner you will develop ideas at inception and deliver high quality presentations at all project stages. you will produce full working drawings and oversee cost control matters.
you will be arb registered and have good team and financial management qualities. on projects you must be able to maximise space and be competent with tender documentation.
you will have national developers / regional developers experience and ideally have worked on planning applications for scheme sizes ranging from 50-300 units.
ideally with a minumum of 3 years expereince and familiarty with revit software.
