our client a market leader in the hotel furniture industry, working with clients such as hilton, marriott, holiday inn & crowne plaza. with a 60,000 sq ft factory just 10 minutes from leeds city centre, they make high specification, bespoke hotel furniture.

we are looking for a driven and motivated graduate who is looking to further develop their career in marketing.

responsibilities but not limited to

understand our customers – their needs and aspirations
assist in the development of marketing campaigns to include promotional activities, covering website content, email marketing, social media, sales collateral and magazine adverts.
work closely with external creative agencies to co-ordinate marketing materials such as photography, e-shots, brochures and adverts
work with the sales team and company directors to discuss and co-ordinate campaigns
campaign progress monitoring and compile reports to understand the success of each activity.
proofreading creative copy and where possible assisting in copy writing.
co-ordinate professional photography for our projects.
assisting in content management of websites.
work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to agreed budgets
assist with any other activities as required.

our client is looking for a graduate marketing assistant with the following experience;

desire to get under the skin of our clients to understand what they really need and want.
marketing based degree or experience in a marketing role
confident to work in a creative environment
driven to build a marketing career
an understanding of social media, particularly linkedin.
ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and supporting colleagues to meet deadlines
strong analytical skills to interpret information, data and research
have exceptional organisational and time-management skills and attention to detail
willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate creativity with impactful results
proficient in microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint & desktop publishing)
preferably have experience with one or more graphic design and email marketing tools e.g. canva, adobe creative cloud, mailchimp
