Chef/cook for busy new forest pub (live in or out) - united kingdom, new milton, hampshire
we are looking for a chef/ cook for our busy new forest pub to prepare and serve a pub style menu.
you must have experience in a fast paced kitchen, be able to work well under pressure, have good organizational skills and be able to work well within a team but at the same time use your own initiative.
duties include:-
preparation of food for service.
cooking and plating up of hot meals.
preparation and service of cold food.
cleaning down after service ( maintaing our high level of cleanliness throughout )
this is a permanent position with good rates of pay and a staff discount scheme.
we are close to new milton train station where you can access bournemouth, southampton and london easily.
live in optional within own room and shared kitchen and bathroom.
