adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an escrow support processor opportunity in houston, tx.

type: contract 

pay: $15/hour

length:  three (3) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  monday – friday

notes:  this position is remote, must be in central or eastern time zone

responsibilities for the escrow support processor job:

provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork

communicates information and instructions to escrow branches and customers

primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards

fulfilling prior to doc conditions, manage hoa demands and tax certs, process remediation, and escrow support functions on a national level

qualifications for this escrow support processor job:

associate degree preferred
