the experience team

the guest experience team works towards the delivery of unforgettable and tailor-made stay, focusing on the estate experiences on offering and creating bespoke ones for our returning guests. with focus on creating the newt family, you will work in achieving our vision to deliver a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay communications and interactions. you will offer the most exceptional guest service possible and nurture a strong sense of pride in the products and services the estate provides. you will also be integral in ensuring a sense of community with colleagues in all parts of the estate

our guest experience coordinator

often acting as behind- the - scenes support for the team, our coordinator ensures our guests are looked after from the moment they get in contact with us to after they leave. coordinating multiple room bookings, exclusive use stays, effective communication and creation of function sheets are all key aspects of the role. our coordinator must be an ambassador for the newt at all times, living and breathing the newt way - ensuring each and every one of our guests is offered the most exceptional service.

key responsibilities:

responsible for the daily management of group bookings, exclusive uses, vip stays, and great garden escape stays.
supporting estate event, both with admin tasks and defined operational support
responding to enquiries within 24 hours
inputting bookings correctly into various systems including res diary, acuity and opera
communicating effectively with all involved stakeholders
assisting in operations when needed
planning and delivering estate showarounds
ensuring deposits and bills are accurate and paid on time

skills and experience

experience with hospitality/events is required
personable
excellent written and communication skills
good it knowledge
high attention to detail
creativity and innovative thinking
teamwork skills
time management and the ability to prioritise workload
