adecco is assisting one of our clients in recruiting for call center associate jobs on the north central side of san antonio off of wurzbach parkway and wetmore rd. these call center associate jobs are 6 month contract opportunities with the possibility of a permanent placement after that time period!
call center associate jobs require candidates to manage a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, this is your chance to be creative in finding solutions, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a call center environment.
responsibilities for call center associate jobs include but are not limited to:

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for call center associate jobs:
at least 1 year of experience in a contact/ call center
high school diploma or ged
