the 28-50 group are looking for hosts/ hostesses to join our lovely teams all across london. the ideal candidates will have a confident manner and a bubbly personality.
we believe that the first and last impression really does make the difference to the customers dining experience. we know it takes patience, personality and perseverance to work in hospitality so if you love working in fast-paced environments, are organised, polite and work well as part of a team, then you will fit right in.
main duties include :
greeting guests as they enter, showing them to their table or waiting area.
providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
having a good knowledge of the food and drinks menu.
clearing down and reset for next sitting/day.
complying with all food and beverage regulations.
support team when needed.
