we are looking for an outgoing person to work in our health care team supporting the home care branch in our great yarmouth team.

job tasks:

recruiting local people to work in the local areas for the eastern branch.

compliance checks- ensuring that all the carers are fully compliant before they go out to work and provide ongoing support.

coaching and mentoring teams with daily support.

project growth in new areas and for new clients receiving care

assisting with booking training and supporting local supervisiors/ trainers

career development and access to key skills and recognised training in the health care sector

office role 9am- 5pm part time 3 days per week
