our client are actively seeking experienced and driven customer service professionals for an inbound customer service role.
you will be working from their office in central brighton and this opportunity is available on an ongoing, full time basis.
the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
customer service experience and willingness to learn.
be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously.
excellent phone manner and able to handle a vast array of potential clientele.
highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
excellent organisational and record keeping skills.
show stability and reliability.
driven and passionate about delivering great customer service.
the working hours are monday – saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
work is paid at £9.90 per hour and pay is sent on a weekly basis.
