the role

the marketing and communications manager will play an integral part in delivering and showcasing the woodland trust's existing corporate partnerships. with support from the marketing communication executive, they will oversee the management and delivery of key partnership campaigns and milestones, as well as supporting the onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring they are in-line with the wider partnerships plan. the role involves day-to-day line-management for the marketing communications executive, and reporting on key performance indicators and outcomes to feed into the quarterly report.

this role is a hybrid role based between home and our head office in grantham.

the candidate

you'll be an excellent communicator and have experience of marketing communications in a similar role while being a confident stakeholder and account manager.

you will enjoy collaborative working with excellent organisational skills and rigorous attention to detail.

you'll also have demonstrable experience of a broad range of communications channels along with a knowledge of both b2b and b2c marketing techniques. management experience is also beneficial.
