Carer and assistant - united kingdom, gloucestershire

i am looking for a carer experienced in working with the elderly and level 2 dementia (mild short term memory loss.) my mother's heart is failing and i am bringing her home from a care home. she is very sweet and needs minimal care as she sleeps around 14 hours a day: care involves getting her up from bed and in to bed once maybe twice a day. the usual cleaning, some food prep, managing a hoist. all this will be done with me or a second nurse: st peter's hospice will eventually also be helping.

additional free hours will be variable: i am basically needing a second me to help with gardening, house cleaning, some office work - basically general assistance. sometimes just taking mum out to a cafe. i will be present most of the time.
