adecco is assisting an international manufacturer in recruiting for a current assembler opening in blacksburg va. this is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. as an assembler clerk, you will be working on a production line assembling motor components for commercial vehicles

responsibilities for this assembler clerk job includes, but are not limited to:

standing for long periods of time

assembling small parts and pieces to automobiles.

read and understand blueprints, drawings, and operation sheets

use drills, calipers, cutters, and saws

updated resume

steel toe or composite toe boots

qualifications:

at least 2 years minimum related experience in manufacturing environment.

ability to stand and work for the full shift

ability to work in a fast-paced environment

requires that you be able to lift 50 pounds

perfect attendance is a must!

candidates must have own and reliable transportation

schedule: full-time – mon-thurs 3:30pm-2:00am, friday ot 3:30pm-2:00am

must be available for saturday if needed

pay for this position  $14.00 per hour
