my neighbours the dumplings is a dumpling house with two restaurants in hackney, one in clapton and one recently opened in victoria park. we are a busy independent restaurant and we take great pride in serving top quality hand rolled dumplings and dim sum style dishes.
we are looking for an experienced chef with a passion for east asian food. someone who is a good team player and who genuinely cares about food. we take great pride in serving top quality dishes in a fun and informal atmosphere and would expect you to maintain this quality. the restaurant is usually busy and the service fast paced so we are looking for someone who has experience of a busy service and who enjoys it.
