position description

job title: business analyst

project overview:  

play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of global acquisitions & onboarding programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. develop and analyze surveys and metrics. conduct data analyses, such as regressions, factor analyses, t-tests, anovas. communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.

overall responsibilities:

global hc management & staffing analytics

opex management

people analytics (perf, time study, customergeist, attrition, people plan)

support annual planning

drive sales enablement insights

support strategic projects

top daily responsibilities:

global hc management & staffing analytics:

support infrastructure that provides visibility into hiring performance.

manage hc changes across the team.

analyse and surface insights on how we can best enable our sellers (perf, time study, customergeist, pulse surveys)

translate data into insights to support business case creation

skill/experience/education

mandatory

ba/bs degree;

excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.

deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.

proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.  

strong communication skills. proficiency with sql, microsoft excel/google sheets

desired

excellent communication with executives would be nice to have.
