we are recruiting for a
full time hall/lounge porter
we are looking for someone who ideally has a background in a customer focused enviroment, has a sound knowledge of the local area, who enjoys meeting and greeting people, has good communication skills and is enthusiastic and willing to go that extra mile.
as a hall/lounge porter your main duties will include
assisting hotel guests on their arrival and departure to and from the hotel
serving guests alcoholic drinks, teas, coffees and light meals in the lounge and bar areas
assisting the lounge staff with the preparation of the lounge before and after each service
other associated duties to ensure the continued comfort of our guests
general duties, as required to ensure the hotel is kept to the required company standard.
