looking for a trust worthy, reliable and friendly personal trainer with experience or interest in strength training.
about the gym this is not your average gym. this is a strength-based group personal training gym located in hove. each shift is 3-4 hours long you will run hourly sessions where you coach every person attending (up to 6 at a time), so each shift is varied and very interactive we pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and our proactive coaching, where each member receives feedback so they know they are doing everything safely and effectively every session
what we want from you: level 2 or higher fitness instructor/personal trainer qualified, with an interest or experience in strength training (you need to be insured and first aid qualified) to work between anywhere from 12-20 hours per week, including morning shifts and some saturdays (morning shift: 6-10, evening shift 16:15-20:15, saturdays 8-12) to be self employed to be flexible, able to cover other shifts where needed
what you’ll get from us: free use of the gym free programming from an experienced strength coach no charge for training your own clients in the gym support in building up your client base £10.50 per hour (more than minimum wage) you will be trained in everything necessary (in-depth training around compound lifts, technique critique, understanding nutrition, and coaching skills) we also host small group seminars which you will be invited to, where members and yourself can gain valuable fitness advice we also host social events which you may wish to attend. this furthers our community aspect which we really encourage within the gym environment, which you will be a part of
