the role
as demand in our services increase thomas bradley legal require call centre customer service advisors to contact the inbound enquiries daily via our crm and book appointments for our consultants and financial advisors to attend office and client home appointments.
this job requires you to work from or east kilbride office and previous call centre experience is required.
as basic advice is needed during initial telephone call full product/service training will be provided.
