kiln

kiln is a thai-inspired soho restaurant, using wood-burning ovens and grills, with daily menus that are ingredient and supplier focused. expect vinyl records, chilli, burning wood charcoal, and low intervention wines.

we like to work in a friendly, fast paced environment where research, creativity and new ideas are encouraged from everyone. dishes are briefed daily and each service we focus on a different wine. we work closely with a number of exceptional producers to bring a distinctively seasonal approach to our food. experience in thai cuisine is not essential but a desire to learn and be part of a strong team-focussed restaurant is expected.

the role

we are recruiting for cdp chefs to join our team, with at least one year’s experience in a similar restaurant environment. we are looking for individuals who are confident at running their own section, with a view to developing across all sections of the kitchen. we want you to be passionate about produce, excited to be part of a busy environment and eager to progress in the future.

48 hour weeks // 28 days holiday

nmw plus on average £5 per hour service charge
