will are looking for a chef to take full control of our kitchen in a village pub. must have experience of running a small kitchen taking responsibility for menu, food presentation, cleanliness and the upkeep of heath and hygiene records and controls. you must have a good understanding of customer service along with the knowledge to prepare and present food from scratch. we are looking for a team player with passion and lots of enthusiasm. normal working week wednesday to sunday but also bank holiday mondays. no christmas day working. must be completely flexible with regards to shift patterns. you will need transport as this is a village pub
