we are looking for a very experienced assistant manager to help run a small village pub in shalford. you must be experienced in customer service, cellar service. food preparation. controlling stock and stock levels and have a good knowledge of pos systems. you must be totally flexible and able to work lunch evenings weekend and bank holidays and be able to take control of the site in the managers absence. you will need transport as this is a village pub
