• diagnose vehicle problems using digital technical equipment.
• present vehicles for mot certification
• conduct routine services on vehicles.
• keep service reception informed of progress on vehicle repairs or service.
• work to support other team members in the achievement of their objectives when asked to do so or required by their manager.
• carry out met operations supporting the busy body shop.
• have knowledge of safe working practices with electric/hybrid vehicles.
• knowledge of parts requirements to complete job.
• ongoing training will be provided.
